Apostle Paul Dewar was born in Glasgow, Scotland, and has spent most of his life in Derbyshire, where he lives with his wife, Trace.

At the age of sixteen, Paul received the call of God to preach the Gospel to the nations—a mission he has faithfully fulfilled for over 20 years. His ministry has been recognized as carrying a strong apostolic grace.

Following a powerful visitation from heaven, Paul was commissioned to preach the Gospel of the Kingdom and demonstrate the supernatural power of God to this generation. From this encounter, Reachout Power Ministries was birthed, with a clear mandate: to take the Gospel of the Kingdom and demonstrate God’s supernatural power around the world.

The ministry operates under the covering of Supernatural Global Network, led by Apostle Guillermo Maldonado.

On July 16, 2023, Paul was officially commissioned as an Apostle to the nations by Apostle Guillermo Maldonado.

Over the years, Reachout Power Ministries has ministered across the UK, Bulgaria, USA, Brazil, India, Kenya, Poland, France, Finland, Ireland, and Italy. Through these gatherings, many lives have been transformed—people saved, healed, delivered—and churches have experienced powerful moves of God.
